At Skylabs Audio Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-fidelity equipment. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the audio gear you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a safe transit back to our laboratory.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
